Due to the severe spike in COVID throughout Oregon and to protect clients and staff, LifeWorks NW is moving all Children’s Relief Nursery and outpatient appointments to Telehealth for two weeks, January 18-31. We anticipate offering in-person appointments again starting February 1. This schedule aligns with the surge’s anticipated decline at the end of the month.
The exceptions are Rockwood and Beaverton, which will provide on-site essential services-only, such as medication, injections and urine analysis, but will be closed to the general public.
Day Treatment, community-based services, and residential sites remain open for in-person services at this time.
We originally stated that the Hawthorn Walk-In Center for Mental Health and Addictions Care would reopen on January 17th. However, it will remain closed to walk-ins until at least Jan 24th. If you need help for yourself or a loved one, call the Washington County Crisis Line 503-291-9111. Staff are available 24/7 and will assess your situation and refer you to telehealth, a mobile team response or other assistance as needed.
We are reaching out to outpatient clients with in-person appointments to offer Telehealth or to reschedule. Please help us by calling your clinic before coming in for a previously scheduled on-site appointment during January 18-31.
