Our online tracking system accepts documents in the following formats: RTF, PDF, TXT, DOC, DOCX, HTML. The system will not accept any other formats due to security/firewalls.
Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email, and the browser will redirect you to a thank you page. If you did not receive the email, please check your junk/spam folders before contacting us about your application.
If you were not redirected to a thank you page, your application was NOT submitted. Some reasons for this may include:

Our policy is to keep all positions posted for a minimum of one week until filled. The steps in the applicant process are:
Due to the volume of applications checking application status, we are unable to direct calls to the hiring managers.
The salary range posted in our listings indicates potential pay. Most candidates are placed between the entry level and midpoint of the posted range. However, more seasoned professionals who meet or exceed the requirements and experience of a position may be considered for the higher end of the range. We make final salary offers in accordance with Oregon Pay Equity laws.
We offer pro-rated benefits to part-time staff working 20 hours per week or more. Full-time staff positions are eligible for benefits.
Staff who speak Spanish fluently receive a $2/hour pay differential across the agency. Other languages may also be eligible.
