Mental health services
Your mental health matters. Our team understands that taking care of your mental health is just as important as caring for your physical health. Whether you’re looking for one-on-one counseling to work through everyday challenges or living with a more serious mental illness, you deserve support that meets you where you are.
If you are in crisis, call your county crisis line or dial 988.

Across all age groups, three counties, and multiple specialties, our services include individual and family counseling, group classes and skills training, case management, psychiatric care, and more. We’ll help you find care that fits your needs and goals.
