Ronell Warner joined LifeWorks NW in 2021 as vice president of Human Resources & Organizational Development. Ronell has significant experience supporting Human Resources for non-profits. Most recently she was Bridgeway Recovery Services’ director of Human Resources. Previously, Ronell was vice president of Human Resources at Neumont College of Computer Science, and executive director of The Canby Center, a nonprofit community center supporting families, children and people living with housing insecurity. Ronell has an SPHR and SHRM-SCP and studied nursing for a time at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
